Renee’s Homescreen Makeover

-old homescreens
-cons: folders hard to use – dragging items into them, no custom logos, accidental delete means start over, 3 homescreens

Installed LauncherPro and AppsOrganizer
-new homescreens
-pros: quick launcher (customizable), app drawer quick & returns to where you were last, longer app names shown, tap home to return to “main” homescreen if not on it, or to show other homescreen previews if on it, apps easily in multiple folders, similar enough to original homescreen that it’s not confusing, uninstall
-cons: a little tough to get used to folder being icon like app, but could use a folder icon if really bothered by it, hard to find icons to match all of my custom folders, but could download more, can’t put other shortcuts in label folders (that I can figure out)

-how-to: set up app labelss in app organizer, long-press on homescreen, choose shortcut or widget
