Double Accessories Giveaway: Portable Charger and Smartphone Mount
I’m happy to announce that we have not just one, but two Android accessories to give away: a Motorola portable charger and an Arkon Mega Grip Smartphone Mount.
First up, the Motorola Portable Charger P790. This small charger is compatible with Motorola phones and other mini-USB-compatible phones, including Nokia and Blackberry. When you’re at home, you plug your phone into the charger and plug the charger into an outlet, and they’ll both get charged up at the same time. Later, if your phone’s battery is running low, the charger will still have enough power to fully recharge your phone.
I love the fact that this portable charger is small enough to slip into a purse—and that it will work anywhere, because you just never know when you’re going to need it. (I adore my Android phone, but let’s face it, battery life isn’t exactly its strong suit.)

I want that portable charger for my sad Thunderbolt battery!
I really could use the portable charger for my Droid 2 Global. My battery life is not the greatest. I have a 5 year old daughter with brain tumors and a 79 year old motherwho is not in the greatest health, plus I am chronicly ill myself. I am constanly running everyone everywhere! I really don’t mind, it’s just I worry that I will not have a phone when I need it. so my rutine is, I need to make sure that teh battery is charged before we leave the house, and have a back up battery just incase. If we are out too long, and we go through both batterys, then I run the risk of having an emergency and no phone. So this is the reason I really need the portable charger for my Droid 2 Global.

One possible help to your battery woes on the Droid 2 Global. If you haven’t already, you can set the phone to not waste battery looking for an international GSM signal. Settings->Wireless and networks->Mobile networks->Network Mode and select CDMA instead of Global.
I want the portable charger so maybe I’d be able to keep my poor droid2 charged for more than an hour, makes it really hard to play angrybirds or listen to music while walking when the battery keeps dying. Also the smartphone mount would be awesome so I wouldn’t have to keep my phone in my lap when I’m using the navigator!
I could really use a new charger. I have a Droid X, and gave my original charger/usb to a friend in need. I’ve been using a cheap charger that takes much longer to charge, and I have to sit my phone in a certain position for it even to work. The one you’re giving away looks much smaller and easier to carry around.
I also have nowhere to put my humongous phone in the car, the mount would be really awesome.
I would love the car mount! I have the OG, DX and now the Droid 3 (I just sold my thunderbolt..lol) and I switch phones like most women switch purses. This mount would be awesome for me!!

I need the portable charger because I have a Thunderbolt. That should say it all. If I win the mount, I will probably hold my own contest and use it as a prize or trade it for something I need. I jave many mounts.
I just spent 2 weeks of 18 hour days outside running a community festival.It was always difficult finding enough time to recharge the phone. I use my droid to watch changing weather, monitor our festival Facebook pagex tweet schedule changes and communicate with staff and other essential personnel. The battery charger would have been a life saver.The mount would add to my safety as I go from site to site.
I love to stream pandora while at work so it would come in handy!
I have a two hour commute to work so these accessories are perfect for me!
I travel alot with my truck and trailer and its hard to talk on the phone and handle the wheel. SO it would be perfect!=)
