It has helped me to lose 30 pounds so far, and I’ve got about another 20 to go. I love this app. Just wanted to let everyone know that it really can be a big help! =)

I’ve just finished Round 1 of the HCG diet and need a mobile app to keep track of my calorie intake to maintain my weight loss for the next six weeks before I start Round 2. I have enough weight to lose that it will take me the better part of a year, because of the length of time one has to wait between rounds. I’ve lost 22 pounds in 41 days, and I’m now convinced I can lose the rest of the weight I need to lose to get healthy. Thank you!
